Lent and the Experience of Personal Change
March 23, 2019
During this retreat we will explore how Lent may provide us with time-honored tools for personal and communal transformation.

9:45 am Welcome & Preview of the Day
10:00 am Sister Rebecca
We will explore the Lenten Journey as a gateway to luminous consciousness through soul work. It involves encountering the shadows of the heart: parts of ourselves, qualities and painful experiences that have been exiled from or not fully integrated in our consciousness. Every manifestation of our shadow sides is a moment of graced illumination, an epiphany enabling us to be who we really are: the Beloved of God.
